Freshwater Supply District 7A – entitled for over 4,000 lots. 717 acres recently annexed 100 more acres into the District. Sold 100 acres to LGI in 2021, DR Horton has 251 acres under Contract in the Forney ISD and 100 acres under Contract in the Crandall’s ETJ. Wastewater Treatment Plant under construction – will be expanded to over 1.6 MGD (also serves Crain Crossing).
