Originally known as Kingsborough, the project has 2 Freshwater Supply Districts – original purchase funded by TREZ Capital, Vancouver Canada included a $22 million land acquisition loan. – approx. 3,000 lots – (predominately 40’ lots). Contracted with DR Horton, Beazer and KB Homes, then sold property to Florida developer in November/2018. James Mabrey remains a partner and consultant in the project.
